The exhale is more than just a breath—it’s a powerful tool for release, relaxation, and creating space within the body and mind. In this class, we’ll explore how embracing the exhale can guide us to soften into each posture, allowing us to go deeper, not through force, but by gently letting go.
With every breath out, we’ll invite a sense of surrender, releasing physical tension and mental stress. By tuning into the rhythm of our exhalations, we’ll discover new levels of spaciousness, helping us settle more comfortably into each pose and experience a profound sense of calm and balance.
